Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Colissimo with tracking and drop-off without signature. L'Atelier Jurassien can deliver anywhere in the world as quickly as possible.
Our transport service providers
Depending on your destination and the net weight of your order, we offer one or more transport solutions:
Domestic (mainland France):
Colissimo: delivery within 48 h (please note that average delivery times are not guaranteed by La Poste).
International :
Colissimo: delivery within 5 to 10 days (please note weekly post office depot).
Note: all deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Calculating shipping costs
Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Additional charges may apply for certain oversized items or items requiring additional insurance.
Shipments are subject to availability and sufficient stock.

What should I do if products are damaged on delivery?
In the event of damage due to transport (broken packages, missing or damaged products, etc.), you should note any reservations corresponding to the observations made on the delivery note, have them co-signed by the delivery person and keep a copy of the document.
By signing the delivery receipt without reservation, you acknowledge that you have received the goods in a satisfactory condition.
