ARTICLE 6. TRANSFERS OUTSIDE THE EU

 

L'Atelier Jurassien undertakes not to transfer USER data outside the European Union.

In the event that L'Atelier Jurassien should do so, it will inform USERS, indicating the measures taken to control this transfer and to ensure that the confidentiality of their data is respected.

 

 

ARTICLE 7. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

 

L'Atelier Jurassien undertakes to ensure that the data collected is kept in a form that enables you to be identified for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the data is collected and processed.

For the management and follow-up of your contracts, orders, deliveries and invoices: your data will be kept for as long as is necessary for the execution of the contract. It will then be archived for a period of 5 years for evidentiary purposes. Invoices and accounting data are kept for 10 years.

If no contract is concluded, your data will be kept for 3 years from the date of collection or your last contact with us.

For credit card payments: In principle, credit card data is deleted once the transaction has been completed, i.e. as soon as payment has been made, and then archived for 13 months after the debit date.

For the management of our commercial relationship with you and customer follow-up: 3 years from the end of the commercial relationship if you are a customer or from your last contact if you are not yet a customer.

For audience measurement statistics: 6 months. After this period, your data is deleted or made anonymous.

To ensure the smooth operation and ongoing improvement of our site, our application and their functionalities: 13 months. After this period, the raw traffic data associated with an identifier is either deleted or anonymized.

Management of requests for access to your personal data:

1 year in the event of exercising the right of access or rectification, 3 years in the event of exercising the right of opposition.

In accordance with the French Data Protection Act and the GDPR, you have the following rights:

In the event of your death and in the absence of instructions from you, we undertake to destroy your data, unless its retention proves necessary for evidential purposes or to meet a legal obligation.

ARTICLE 9. SECURITY

 

L'Atelier Jurassien and any subcontractors undertake to implement all technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of your personal data processing and the confidentiality of your data, in accordance with the French Data Protection Act (Loi informatique et Libertés) and the European Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Law no. 2018-133 of February 26, 2018 “bearing various provisions for adaptation to European Union law in the field of  security”.

In this respect, L'Atelier Jurassien takes the necessary precautions, with regard to the nature of your data and the risks presented by our processing, to preserve data security and, in particular, prevent it from being distorted, damaged or accessed by unauthorized third parties (physical protection of premises, authentication process for our customers with personal and secure access via confidential identifiers and passwords, logging of connections, encryption of certain data...).
